Refund Policy

We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. At GUCK, we stand behind our products and want you to love them. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

1. Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, opened or used grooming products cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with:
• your order number
• a photo of the issue
• and a brief description of the issue

We’ll replace it or refund you—your choice.

3. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges, but you can return an unused item (if eligible) and place a new order for the product you want.

5. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a GUCK error (damaged, incorrect, defect), we cover return shipping or provide a replacement at no cost.
• For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

6. How to Start a Return

Include:
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if damaged or defective)

We’ll send you the next steps and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

7. Final Sale Items

Limited-edition bundles, discounted items, and promotional giveaways are final sale and cannot be returned.
