4. Shipping
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
GUCK is not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Once an order leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
5. Returns, Refunds & Money-Back Guarantee

GUCK 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to feel good about giving GUCK a try. If you are not satisfied with an eligible GUCK product purchased directly from guckoff.com, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
• The guarantee applies only to products purchased directly through guckoff.com.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
• The guarantee is limited to the first purchase of a particular product by a customer or household. Repeat purchases of the same product are not eligible.
• A valid GUCK order number or other proof of purchase is required.
• Refunds apply to the purchase price paid for the eligible product. Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges and other delivery fees are non-refundable.
• We may request reasonable information about your experience with the product and, where appropriate, photographs of the product when reviewing a claim.
• Unless otherwise requested by GUCK, you are not required to return an opened product to receive an approved refund.
• Products purchased through Amazon, Walmart, other online marketplaces or third-party retailers are subject to the return and refund policies of the retailer from which they were purchased and are not covered by the GUCK Money-Back Guarantee.
• We reserve the right to limit or refuse claims that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, abusive, excessive or otherwise inconsistent with the intended purpose of the guarantee.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.
The GUCK Money-Back Guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
To request a refund under the GUCK Money-Back Guarantee, contact us at support@guckoff.com and include your order number and the product for which you are requesting a refund.
We reserve the right to:
• Deny returns or refund requests that do not meet our policies
• Refuse refunds for products not purchased directly from us, except where otherwise required by applicable law
6. Subscriptions (If Applicable)
If you offer subscriptions:
• You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle
• Subscription charges will recur automatically
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription programs
