Yes - we offer free shipping across Canada on all orders over $45 (before tax and after discounts).

How long does shipping take within Canada?

Orders are processed, packed and shipped in 1-3 business days. Once your order ships, it typically arrives in 3-7 business days via standard ground shipping. As soon as it ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking info so you can keep an eye on it.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Not yet — but we're working on it. If you're outside of Canada, sign up to be the first to know when GUCK drops in your country. Trust us, your shower will thank you.

What’s your return policy?

We’ll gladly take back any unused product in its original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
Just note, you’ll be responsible for return shipping. Once we get the product back, we’ll process your refund right away.
